A few words about the company
Winnicka Sałata Sp. z o.o. specializes mainly in the production of various types of lettuces and baby leaves. Every year, we offer for sale around 150 ha of lettuce and around 50 ha of baby leaf, both for industry and the fresh market.
Since the beginning of the company's operations, we have been consistently implementing the EURO GAP strategy and, as a result, GLOBAL GAP and McDonald’s Standard to meet the ever-increasing demands and expectations of our clients.

We grow: icebergsalad (iceberg lettuce), endive, romaine lettuce, lollo rosso, batavia-salad, radicchio. We also offer baby leaf: rocket (arugula), lamb's lettuce (corn salad, field salad) and spinach.
